Senior: Mike Leigh is top Canadian in 18th overall and Luke Ramsay is currently at 54th.
Junior: Did not race today. Alexander Heinzemann is in 67th and is the top Canadian out of the 4 Canada has in this part of the competition. Ben Scott is in 88th, Kyle Martin is in 89th.

Nikola Girke and Zac Plavsic are at Kerteminde right now and are both top Canadians in their respective categories. Nikola is in Gold fleet and ranked 22nd overall after 7 races (1 discard). Zac also made Gold fleet and currently is in 33rd after 8 races (1 discard).

THURSDAY
Thursday, September 2
Star & Dragon and Marine Lounge are open for lunch and dinner service. The Marine Lounge will be featuring a Seafood dinner special.
Members' Dining Room will be serving lunch and dinner, only with prior reservation.
REGATTA: Day 3 of Commodore's Cup Regatta followed by event Prizegiving at 1800 hrs.
EVENT: Family Night in the Star & Dragon beginning at 1700 hrs. No reservations required.
SAILING EVENT: AI Summer Sailing is on tonight! Join us on the Star & Dragon patio at 1730 hrs, we'll get people sorted out onto the boats, and off we go. Drop-in fees apply: $10 for members, $15 for non-member guests (guests must be accompanied by a member).
OFFSHORE: Day 1 of the Long Harbour Classic at Scott Point. Visit the Racing / Regattas page for Notice of Race and more.
FRIDAY

There will be a Friday Night Buffet beginning at 1800 hrs in the Marine Lounge. The Marine Lounge dinner special will be Prime Rib.

CRUISE: Start of the Labour Day Cruise! If you're looking for alternate transportation in getting there, consider a floatplane. A group of members is getting together to charter a flight for a departure from Vancouver on late Friday afternoon. With enough people, it could be as low as $84 per person (taxes in).
